Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex EPC projects, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and technical contacts to deliver seamless project outcomes.
  • Coordinate construction participants and subcontractors, overseeing the construction site team.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, conducting site inspections and acceptance checks.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Prepare and submit construction project measurements and billing.

Your Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on high-tech projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to travel within the D-A-CH region and work on-site for extended periods.
  • Excellent intercultural competence, team spirit, and independence.
  • Proficiency in German, with good English skills a plus.
  • Valid German driver's license Class B.
