Position Available: Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to take a pivotal role in the design and upkeep of our cloud-based food technology platform. Your proficiency in Go programming will be essential in crafting agile solutions that guarantee the reliable operation and enhancement of our kitchen technologies. Work alongside cross-functional teams and play a significant part in the ongoing refinement of our codebase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain a highly scalable cloud-based food technology platform for Circus Kitchens.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and the product team to create agile solutions.
  • Lead and oversee projects as necessary.
  • Ensure solutions are stable, testable, and observable.
  • Continuously enhance and refactor our codebase.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior engineers.
  • Analyze data, processes, and code for improvements.
  • Guarantee swift and seamless performance of all products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent qualifications.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Backend Development.
  • Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD Pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Passionate about writing efficient Golang code.
  • Knowledgeable in Automated testing and Software Architecture.
  • DevOps skillset is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (German is advantageous).
