Senior Backend Developer

Our tracking platform, justtrack, enables gathering deep mobile product insights by managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes.

As a Backend Developer, you will have the opportunity to create state-of-the-art microservices from scratch, dig into well-established services that unify various external APIs, and explore our multifaceted tech stack, employing different languages for different jobs.

Our team's mission is to provide easy and efficient flows to automate and scale out marketing processes.

Key responsibilities:

* Bring fresh ideas to further improve our robust and reliability-first Golang backend

* Refine our data pipeline technologies: Spark, Airflow, Flink

* Translate business and technical requirements into features and architecture improvements

* Collect and unify all the minor variants of APIs and user flows

* Constantly improve our existing code and system architecture

* Work with experts from different technological backgrounds and countries, learn from your highly experienced colleagues, and share your knowledge

* Collaborate with all kinds of roles in our cross-functional teams

How the optimal candidate may look like:

* 4-5 years of experience in backend or cloud software development

* Expert in one backend language: Go, Java, PHP, Python, NodeJS

* Willingness to learn Go

* Good understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and application design

* Basic understanding of IaC tools like Terraform

* Team Player, Problem-Solver, Task Owner
