We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team at LichtBlick Energy as a Service GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure using modern C# and Dot.Net frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement services using C# and Dot.Net frameworks that support GraphQL and REST APIs, running on globally available cloud infrastructure provided by Microsoft Azure.
  • Support CI/CD pipeline implementations, infrastructure setup, and monitoring using Azure Pipelines, Docker/Helm, Pulumi, and Datadog.
  • Collaborate with our frontend engineers, product owners, and QA engineers within a cross-functional product development team.
  • Have end-to-end responsibility for the software lifecycle, including design, programming, code reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Provide support and mentorship within the backend team.
Requirements
  • Holding a bachelor's degree in a software-related field, such as data analytics, computer science, or a comparable discipline, with over five years of industry experience.
  • Profound expertise in C# and Dot.Net, with experience in building and integrating third-party APIs, and knowledge of Microsoft-provided and community-driven nuget packages and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, with PostgreSQL being the preferred choice.
  • Experience with Azure Pipelines and Docker.
  • Familiarity with TDD and xUnit.
