Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team at Helmi Göttler GmbH. This role involves engaging with both existing and prospective clients, providing expert guidance on technical specifications and developments.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering thorough consultations to clients regarding technical aspects and project feasibility
  • Expanding our customer base on both national and international fronts
  • Managing inquiries and preparing quotations, including pricing assessments
  • Conducting negotiations on pricing
  • Collaborating effectively with various departments such as Development, Production, Procurement, Marketing, and Logistics
  • Systematically monitoring and achieving sales objectives
  • Performing analyses of market potential and competitive landscape
  • Supporting marketing and sales initiatives
  • Participating in industry trade shows and events
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in (Business) Engineering, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Alternatively, vocational training in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering with further qualifications as a Technician
  • Extensive experience in technical sales of electronic products, assemblies, components, or software
  • Background in Automotive, Rail Technology, or (Electro-) Industry
  • Experience dealing with international clients and suppliers
  • Fundamental understanding of Software/Electronic Development
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong global and intercultural awareness
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Determination paired with effective negotiation abilities
