About the Role:

We are in search of a qualified Enterprise Sales Support Specialist to enhance our Enterprise sales team. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert, primarily focusing on supporting and driving software renewals within the EMEA region. Additional sales support will be provided as needed.

A Day in The Life of Our Enterprise Sales Support Specialist:

  • Assist Enterprise Account Managers in ensuring that software renewals are accurately created, quoted, delivered, and finalized before license expiration.
  • Address and resolve issues related to customer accounts as requested by Enterprise Account Managers.
  • Engage with customers regarding contracts, purchase orders, and other inquiries.
  • Monitor performance metrics for the Enterprise renewal sector.
  • Provide guidance on quote structures, license configurations, and alternative deal frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales operations, legal, and finance, to expedite deal closures and ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise SVP to facilitate growth and scalability in the Enterprise renewal business.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports using SFDC.
  • Additional sales support may be requested as necessary.

What You'll Need For This Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant associate degree is advantageous.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ quoting.
  • Experience in preparing quotations for software products.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to CRM data integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A preference for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
