Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the store team in providing exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution of customer service programs.
- Work with the Store Manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak business hours.
- Assist the Store Manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring team members.
- Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
- Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day end procedures, verifying and securing money and deposits, and preparing bank deposits as needed.
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining the store building, parking lot, exterior signage, and computer hardware.
