  • Assume full accountability for sales performance, operational costs, and inventory management within your designated area.
  • Lead and inspire a team of store associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and manage work schedules effectively.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives and maintain oversight of stock levels.
  • Perform necessary auditing and compliance checks to ensure operational standards are met.
