Operational Procurement Specialist

Wir suchen einen motivierten Werkstudent (gn) im Bereich Terminstelle, um gemeinsam die Zukunft der Arbeit zu gestalten.

Aufgaben
  • Prüfung, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferantenmahnungen
  • Veranlassung von Lieferzeitkorrekturen und Klärung von Lieferterminen bei unseren Lieferanten
  • Bearbeitung von fehlerhaft übermittelten Aufträgen und Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer
  • Abstimmung von Kennzahlen in den Fachbereichen und Übernahme von Vertretungsregelung in der Terminstelle
  • Ggf. Übernahme von anderen Aufgaben im Bereich Operational Logistics & Order
Profil
  • Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium der BWL, der Logistik und des Supply Chain Managements, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und sicheres Auftreten, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
