Management Assistant for Forwarding and Logistics Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at the Teningen site as a Management Assistant for Forwarding and Logistics Services. This role will be responsible for order and shipment processing, creation of accompanying documents, and negotiation of freight prices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and shipments on a national and international level
  • Create and monitor accompanying documents for goods, freight, and customs papers
  • Negotiate freight prices and control invoices
  • Verify shipping lists and generate reports
  • Handle export and customs matters, including import of production units
  • Act as point of contact for customs regarding export, AEO, import, and dangerous goods issues
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a specialist for forwarding and logistics management or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in logistics, preferably in proximity to production within a manufacturing company
  • Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Teamwork, ability to work independently, reliability, and a motivated work approach
