Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Management Assistant to join our team at Tech Power Electronics Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order and Shipment Processing: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Document Creation and Monitoring: Prepare and manage accompanying documents, freight papers, and customs documents to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Delivery Document Preparation: Create and distribute delivery documents and invoices to customers and suppliers.
  • Shipping List Verification: Review and verify shipping lists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Freight Price Negotiation and Invoice Control: Negotiate freight prices and monitor invoices to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
  • Export and Customs Processing: Coordinate the export and import of goods and materials, including customs clearance and compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting and Intrastrat Notifications: Generate reports and notifications to stakeholders on shipment status, delivery times, and other relevant logistics information.
  • Customs and AEO Support: Serve as a point of contact for customs-related matters, including AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Completed training as a specialist in forwarding and logistics management or a comparable qualification, with professional experience in logistics, preferably in proximity to production within a manufacturing company.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Personal Qualities: Teamwork, ability to work independently, reliability, and a motivated work approach.
