Management Assistant for Forwarding and Logistics Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Tech Power Electronics Group as a Management Assistant for Forwarding and Logistics Services. This role will be based at our Teningen site and will play a critical part in our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage orders and shipments on a national and international level, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Create and monitor accompanying documents for goods, freight, and customs papers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare delivery documents and invoices, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify shipping lists and negotiate freight prices, controlling invoices and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage export processing, including customs matters and import of production units, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Generate reports and Intrastrat notifications, providing insights into logistics operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for customs, handling export, AEO, import, and dangerous goods issues.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a specialist for forwarding and logistics management or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in logistics, preferably in proximity to production within a manufacturing company.
  • Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Teamwork, ability to work independently, reliability, and a motivated work approach.
