Role Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with small businesses and help them understand the value of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-potential clients within your designated territory
- Conduct compelling face-to-face meetings and deliver persuasive product demonstrations
- Effectively communicate our products' value proposition and unique selling points
- Proactively generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
Requirements
- Fluency in German, both orally and in writing
- Conversational English is also necessary for the job
- Empathy and ability to develop nourishing relationships with customers
- Consistent meeting of sales targets and delivery of outstanding results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of your market and a genuine passion for supporting local businesses
- Experience with outbound lead generation, cold calling, and building lead pipelines
