Role Description
We're seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with small businesses and help them understand the value of our products. You'll work closely with our product team to identify and engage high-potential clients, conduct compelling meetings, and deliver persuasive product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-potential clients within your designated territory
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver product demonstrations
- Effectively communicate our products' value proposition and unique selling points
- Proactively generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
Requirements
- Fluency in German, both orally and in writing
- Conversational English is necessary for the job
- Empathy and ability to develop nourishing relationships with customers
- Consistent meeting of sales targets and delivery of outstanding results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of your market and a genuine passion for supporting local businesses
- Experience with outbound lead generation, cold calling, and building lead pipelines
