Position OverviewWe are in search of a seasoned Sales Development Executive who will work in close partnership with our sales and marketing divisions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic professional responsible for overseeing both incoming and outgoing sales leads.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Qualification - Assess and manage incoming leads generated by marketing efforts, alongside proactive outreach targeting the manufacturing sector.
- Client Interaction - Engage with potential clients in the designated region to identify their requirements and interest levels regarding our offerings.
- Product Demonstrations - Organize or conduct online product demonstrations, ensuring comprehensive documentation in the lead management system and availability of necessary resources.
- Market and Product Acumen - Maintain a thorough understanding of our product suite and the competitive landscape.
- Relationship Management - Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, drive new sales, and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Collaborative Efforts - Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments, including marketing and customer support.
- Experience - A minimum of 3 years in software sales, ideally within the manufacturing domain.
- Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Industry Insight - A solid understanding of the industrial automation sector.
- Communication Skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Language Proficiency - Fluent in both German and English.
- Educational Background - An associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage sector
- Background in a start-up or rapidly growing environment
