Administrative Law Specialist (m/f/d)Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative law procedures and litigation concerning toll collection autonomously, including the drafting of legal documents and pleadings.
- Coordinate regularly with colleagues from the Federal Office for Mobility and Logistics (BALM) and the Legal Department of Toll Collect GmbH.
- Oversee correspondence with legal representatives and BALM, ensuring compliance with legal timelines.
- Represent Toll Collect in judicial proceedings related to toll collection disputes.
- Evaluate and resolve legal challenges arising in toll enforcement processes.
- Assist in the assessment of toll enforcement cases and the execution of subsequent collection actions.
- Remain informed about pertinent legal developments and actively engage in the implementation of necessary adjustments.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Administrative Law or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in handling complex administrative law issues.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient negotiator with a confident demeanor.
- Organized and dependable work approach.
- Enjoyment in collaborating within interdisciplinary teams and fostering professional networks.
