Business Development Manager

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Regional Business Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Biosimilars:
Location: Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen, Lower Saxony, partly Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with oncology healthcare providers, networks, local insurance companies, and pharmacists.
- Assist in the launch of new products while managing an existing customer portfolio.
- Deliver scientific insights to clients and provide guidance on therapeutic monoclonal antibodies.
- Identify and address local market access challenges.
- Plan and execute initiatives aimed at medical professionals in the oncology field.
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses within the designated region.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Design and implement engagement formats and projects tailored for customer segments.
- Analyze and assess sales trends to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in a scientific discipline or relevant pharmaceutical knowledge.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
- Familiarity with oncology and biologics/biosimilars.
- Insight into stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Experience in supporting marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and self-motivation.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to evolving circumstances.
