About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Agent to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our business through outbound telephony.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in telesales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • Fluency in German and a strong understanding of the German market
