Wir suchen einen engagierten Business Development Manager (m/w/d) für den Bereich Partnership Sales, der unser Vertriebsteam verstärkt und beim Ausbau unseres Partnernetzwerks eine zentrale Rolle spielt.

Aufgaben
  • Identifikation und Akquisition neuer Geschäftspartner: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erweiterung unseres Partnernetzwerks und die Entwicklung von strategischen Partnerschaften.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Partnerschaftsstrategien: Du maximierst das Umsatzpotential durch die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Partnerschaftsstrategien.
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen: Du pflegst Beziehungen zu Partnern und Kunden, um eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.
  • Analyse von Markttrends: Du erkennst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und reagierst darauf.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales- und Customer Success Team: Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.
  • Durchführung von Präsentationen und Verhandlungen: Du führst Präsentationen und Verhandlungen mit potenziellen Partnern durch.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium: Im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Development: Speziell im Partnership Sales.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im SaaS-Bereich und im Customer Success Management.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Proaktiver und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil: Mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative.
  • Fähigkeit, innovative Perspektiven zu entwickeln und kreative Lösungen umzusetzen.
  • Durchhaltevermögen und die Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten.
