Job Title: Cluster Director of Finance

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our finance function for two hotels in Frankfurt. As a Cluster Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all regular finance activities, including purchasing and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance function for two hotels, ensuring smooth operation of all regular finance activities.
  • Collaborate with a team of 10 members, handling a €40 million annual turnover.
  • Act as a business partner, identifying opportunities and working closely with other directors to enhance business performance.
  • Oversee all purchasing through supply management and manage stock on hand at the property.
  • Handle financial reporting, ensuring accurate communication with London-based owners and other stakeholders.
  • Engage with owner relations, keeping them informed and involved in the financial aspects of the hotels.
Requirements:
  • Hotel Finance Experience: Previous experience working in hotel finance is essential.
  • Business Partner: Proven experience working as a business partner to identify and implement financial opportunities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: €85,000 - €100,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: 20% annual bonus (on target)
