Centre Director

Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the Centre of European Transformation. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for shaping the Centre's strategic vision and driving its growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Centre's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the school's goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academics, business leaders, and government officials.
- Oversee the Centre's daily operations, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.
- Coordinate research projects and initiatives, fostering collaboration among team members.
- Represent the Centre in various forums, presenting its work to a diverse audience.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Finance or Economics required (PhD is a plus).
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a research or academic setting.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new topics quickly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of prioritization and a 'getting things done' mentality.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English (any other European language is a plus).
