Financial Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Business Administration Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation and shaping the future of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business models for digital industry applications in electrical power supply and distribution.
- Prepare short-, mid-, and long-term business plans for IoT/SaaS applications.
- Monitor performance and analyze deviations.
- Further develop and implement our Go-to-market strategy.
- Cross-functional process and application enablement.
- Support implementation of business-specific accounting standards.
- Drive guidance on standard contract templates and commercial conditions.
- Co-determine pricing strategies and offer packages.
- Define company internal value flows and transfer-pricing.
- Maintain commercial frame conditions for participation in marketplaces and developer platforms.
- Business administration for financial matters, including cost budget and investments.
- Define specific requirements for IoT/SaaS portfolio's offer and order processes.
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- Long-term professional experience in financial responsibilities across software business industries, R&D, regional sales, planning, controlling, and accounting.
- Strategic thinking, analytics, indirect leadership, and motivation.
- Intercultural and cross-functional cooperation.
- End-to-end business processes and value flow models.
- Software business specifics, such as business models, financing, configuration, calculations, and legal contract evaluation.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages advantageous.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Data Analytics tools, e-commerce platforms, subscription and billing platforms, and advanced calculation and presentation techniques.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, approximately 5%-10% of the time.
- 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
