Marketing Manager DACH Regional Lead

About the Role:

CyberX GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager DACH Regional Lead to drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Digital, Brand Communication, Product Marketing, and PR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy that aligns with the company's global objectives.
  • Oversee marketing communications, including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, and social media.
  • Be the marketing Go-To person for the General Manager, Head of Sales, and Head of Marketing.
  • Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs.
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
  • Implement POS guidelines and oversee all marketing activities to increase brand awareness at POS, fairs, print, and social media.
  • Plan and drive events with key stakeholders both online and offline.
  • Work closely with the sales team and customers to execute the global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines in the market.
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties to support the Shop in Shops concept creation and project execution.
  • Analyze market trends, customer journey, and consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline.
  • Execute global strategy and coordinate new product launches locally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or other business-related fields.
  • Several years of relevant work experience as a Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer-centric environment.
  • Strong goal focus and customer orientation, affinity for design.
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Native German with fluency in Business English.
  • Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills.
  • Hands-on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness, and drive.
  • Analytical with a high sense of organization.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-matrix and manage multiple projects.
