Senior Marketing Manager for Child Safety and Innovation

About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing professional to lead our Child Safety and Technologies Business Unit. As the Head of Marketing and Child Safety Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and promote our child safety products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our child safety products and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Provide marketing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in an international context.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Project management skills and high analytical skills.
- Fluent level of both spoken and written German and English.
