Marketing Manager DACH

About the Role:
CyberX GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager DACH to drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs that meet our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services in the DACH region.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines.
- Work closely with the global trade team to support Shop in Shops concept creation and project execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer journey, and consumer behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs.
- Track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
- Implement POS guidelines and oversee all marketing activities to increase brand awareness at POS, fairs, print, and social media.
- Plan and drive events with key stakeholders both online and offline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Several years of experience as a Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer-centric environment.
- Strong goal focus, customer orientation, and affinity for design.
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that meet objectives.
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Native German with fluency in Business English.
- Prior leadership skills with strong communication skills.
- Hands-on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness, and drive.
- Analytical with a high sense of organization.
- Ability to collaborate cross-matrix and manage multiple projects.
