We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our AI-based Sensor and Robotics Technologies business unit at ROBOVIS.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to forge and nurture strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth and business development for the company.

This role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to think critically and execute a well-defined strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on revenue growth and market expansion
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
  • Arrange business development meetings with key clients and stakeholders
  • Promote ROBOVIS's advanced products and services, aligning them with clients' objectives and goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in business development and strategy
  • 3-4 years of prior experience in business development, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to execute a well-defined strategy and drive business growth
  • Focused and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in autonomous systems, AI, electric vehicles, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus
