We are seeking an experienced IT Provider Manager to join our team and oversee the management of our IT outsourcing contracts.
About the Role
- Manage IT service providers during the lifecycle of outsourcing contracts.
- Coordinate the implementation of contract agreements and build partnerships with service providers.
- Collaborate with IT service owners to ensure the operational management of service providers.
- Work with IT service owners and service providers to develop and optimize service relationships.
- Lead meetings with service providers and stakeholders to discuss key topics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, with support from a regulatory expert.
About You
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with relevant experience and broad IT knowledge.
- Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry, particularly in relation to IT outsourcing.
- Bring several years of experience in IT service management, IT provider management, or a similar role, with experience in managing IT outsourcing contracts.
- Be able to analyze complex regulatory and contractual documents, communicate them effectively, and derive actions and tasks.
- Have good knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Exhibit analytical, strategic, and process-oriented thinking.
- Display strong assertiveness, communication skills, and negotiation abilities.
