Munich Re is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects in our Business Solutions department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and delivering medium- to large-scale IT projects using agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Define project charters and effort estimations within the scoping and budget approval process.
- Manage project teams, including coordination and handling of the project backlog.
- Act as an Agile Coach, facilitating team collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and reports, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Several years of experience in IT project management, preferably in application development.
- Demonstrable experience in agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Fluent command of English and German (nice to have).
