We are seeking an experienced IT Provider Manager to join our team at Versicherungskammer Bayern. As an IT Provider Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT outsourcing contracts and ensuring the quality and performance of our IT service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage IT service providers during the lifecycle of outsourcing contracts
- Implement and manage IT outsourcing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT service owners to ensure the operational management of IT service providers
- Develop and optimize IT service provider relationships
- Represent Versicherungskammer Bayern in meetings with IT service providers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, working closely with a regulatory expert
- University degree in Computer Science or related field, with relevant experience and broad IT knowledge
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for the insurance industry, particularly in relation to IT outsourcing
- Several years of experience in IT service management, IT provider management, or similar roles, with experience in managing IT outsourcing contracts
- Ability to analyze complex regulatory and contract documents, communicate effectively, and derive measures and tasks
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Analytical, strategic, and process-oriented thinking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
