Sales Manager for MENA Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Mühlbauer ID Services GmbH in Roding. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the MENA region, driving business growth, and expanding our customer base.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Managing Director in steering international sales in the business area Tecurity
  • Expand sales activities and relationship management internally and externally using a structured approach
  • Responsibility for new customer acquisition and supporting the existing customer base
  • Oversee results in worldwide markets for our solutions
  • Lead employees on an international level
Your Profile:
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or sales
  • Ideal first management experience in a sales organization, preferably in capital goods and government business
  • Sales experience in international markets and negotiating skills in government contacts
  • Excellent technical and commercial understanding, as well as the ability to think strategically
  • Confident and convincing appearance as a representative of our company, with a willingness to travel
  • Business fluent knowledge of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken
