Employee After Sales Service Representative

As a key member of our team at the Roding site, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee After Sales Service to join our dynamic team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers to provide exceptional after-sales service
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, order management, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of international tenders and feasibility assessments
  • Independently process service and maintenance offers, including commercial and technical clarification
  • Create and process spare parts quotations to meet customer needs
  • Provide exceptional customer support during customer visits, both internal and external
  • Drive the day-to-day business forward and implement projects to optimize and expand sales of service production

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering or comparable training as an industrial clerk, with professional experience and further training as a business economist
  • Basic technical understanding is desirable
  • Proven experience in dealing with customers and excellent communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • High ability to work in a team, willingness to achieve goals, and find solutions, with a willingness to travel
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
