Role Responsibilities:

At Procter & Gamble, establishing collaborative relationships with our retail partners is essential for the sustained growth and success of our joint ventures. You will serve as the vital link between our innovative products, strategic marketing initiatives, and retail partners.

From day one, you will take charge of your business, generating innovative ideas to execute our product and promotional strategies at the Point of Sale. By leveraging analytics and shopper insights, you will drive sustainable category growth for your clients. Your market knowledge will enable you to sell, negotiate, and implement annual joint business plans effectively. You will engage with internal stakeholders across various functions to meet key sales objectives tailored to your clients' needs.

Throughout your career at Procter & Gamble, you may explore diverse roles such as Strategic Account Executive, Market Strategy Manager, Category Manager, and Field Account Manager. Candidate Profile:

  • You possess, or will soon complete, a bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic performance.
  • You exhibit robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.
  • You collaborate effectively with diverse teams, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
  • You are knowledgeable about the DACH market and its retail dynamics.
  • If starting in Austria or Switzerland, you are open to relocating to our DACH HQ in Frankfurt, Germany after your initial assignment.
  • You can communicate fluently in both English and German (written and spoken).
