Role Overview

SEGULA Technologies is in search of a Business Development Manager for the Rail sector, with a focus on passenger transport challenges in Germany.

  • You will be responsible for formulating the sales strategy, which includes establishing new client accounts and nurturing existing relationships.
  • This role offers the chance to oversee your Profit & Loss, necessitating a deep understanding of industry challenges and the ability to craft compelling sales propositions with supportive solutions for our clients.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction will be paramount, as you will maintain strong client relations and consistently present new opportunities.

Candidate Profile

This position presents an opportunity to advance an established commercial career or transition from a technical or recruitment background into the commercial domain of the industry.

  • Experience in the rail sector is essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years in business development within the railway industry or related fields is required.
  • Strong technical acumen is necessary, along with the ability to share insights and experiences.
