Senior Manager of Sales for CAM Solutions

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships across the aerospace, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.
  • Drive the acquisition of customer projects focused on manufacturing solutions, particularly in CAM programming.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose solutions from our software and service offerings.
  • Facilitate coordination among internal teams and external partners throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the service organization to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with CAM processes, ideally with Dassault Systèmes products.
  • Familiarity with machining processes and numerical control (NC) machinery.
  • Demonstrated sales experience.
  • Proficient in estimation, contract negotiation, and effective communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both German and English.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
