Job Overview:

Position Summary:

As an AV Systems Specialist at Intuitive, you will join a vibrant global team tasked with overseeing and executing Audio Visual initiatives throughout the EMEA region. Your role will involve close collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to guarantee operational excellence and the successful delivery of AV events.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to a wide array of stakeholders, including high-level executives.
  • Work in partnership with Design and Construction Teams on AV projects both within and beyond the EMEA region.
  • Manage the implementation and commissioning of AV systems across the area.
  • Diagnose and provide operational assistance for various AV technologies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AV operations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate AV events, including company-wide meetings.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication abilities with a knack for engaging senior leadership.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proven experience with leading AV technologies.
  • Capability to interpret technical schematics.
  • Understanding of AV event planning and execution.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

Educational Background and Training:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audio-visual or IT systems.
  • CTS certification or equivalent is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based work.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
