About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at TDK-Micronas GmbH. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our complex semiconductor production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and servicing work on semiconductor production systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Analyze faults and malfunctions in mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic assemblies using diagnostic systems, and implement corrective measures to prevent future issues.
- Commission systems in compliance with safety regulations and integrate control systems for process control and monitoring, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and implement fault and damage rectification measures, escalating serious issues to senior management as needed.
- Perform repairs and conversions independently, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex technical issues.
- Produce simple machine parts, assemblies, and circuit diagrams as required, utilizing your technical skills to support production needs.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in electronics and further training as a technician specializing in electrical engineering or automation technology.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in maintenance/servicing, with a strong background in pneumatics and PLC programming.
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, with excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, with a strong focus on responsibility and a hands-on mentality.
