Telecommunications IT Systems Specialist (m/w/d)

Das erwartet dich

Als IT System Engineer ACD/Telefonie (m/w/d) bist du gemeinsam mit deinem Team verantwortlich für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer ACD (JTEL) und Telefonie (Innovaphone)- Infrastruktur. Du stellst vor allem die interne und externe Erreichbarkeit von JobRad sicher. Dabei meisterst du im Team die alltäglichen Herausforderungen und trägst dazu bei, dass sowohl unsere Mitarbeitenden als auch unsere Kunden einen reibungslosen Ablauf und guten Service erfahren. Du hältst die Konfiguration der Dienste immer auf dem aktuellen Stand, prüfst auf herstellerseitige Updates und reagierst auf dieseDu stimmst dich eng mit den Zulieferern im Telefonieumfeld abDu berätst und unterstützt den Anwendungsbetrieb und Projekte bei Fragen zur ACD und der TelefonieDu stimmst dich eng mit unserem Customer Success Team zu allen Fragen rund um Routingapplikationen, Rufgruppen, Weiterleitungen und Ansagen abDu informierst dich gemeinsam mit unserem Customer Success Team über mögliche Weiterentwicklungen im ACD Umfeld (z.B. Sprachsteuerung, Chat, usw.)Du unterstützt unseren Support / unseren Helpdesk bei der Fehlersuche und -behebung (2nd bzw. 3rd Level Support)Du unterstützt bei der Compliance & Governance und bist Ansprechpartner:in bei verschiedenen Audits und übernimmst die Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation

Das bringst du mit

Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und gerne mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-BereichDu scheust dich nicht vor der Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und kannst dein Wissen verständlich weitergeben (z.B. Systemdokumentation, FAQs, Anforderungsbeschreibungen, Schulungen)Für dich sind Service- und Kundenorientierung selbstverständlichDu bist kommunikationsstark und innovativ ausgerichtet, bist ein Organisationstalent und TeamplayerDu möchtest dich gerne weiterentwickelnDu hast bereits Erfahrungen im ACD Umfeld, idealerweise mit der JTEL und Innovaphone – Telefonanlage oder mit Teams-Telefonie
