As a key player in our organization, you will oversee and enhance customer implementation initiatives for Labforward, focusing on both technical and business aspects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that client projects are executed seamlessly, resulting in high user engagement and activity, particularly among our major accounts in the pharmaceutical sector. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams to meet project objectives punctually, within defined parameters, and within budget, while promoting teamwork, innovation, and ongoing enhancement.
Essential Qualifications- Possession of PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications; advanced credentials such as PgMP (Program Management Professional) are advantageous.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the capability to customize strategies to meet specific project requirements.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies aimed at process enhancement.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
- Understanding of computer system architecture and knowledge of web services and applications is preferred.
- Manage and monitor all project activities with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Assist in the formulation of best practices and process enhancements for future projects.
- Engage in internal meetings with the customer implementation team.
- You exhibit a compassionate and positive demeanor, with a commitment to assisting clients effectively and efficiently.
- Proven history of delivering complex SaaS or similar solutions to clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, capable of engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborating across functions.
- Quick to learn and articulate software functionalities to a varied audience of users and clients.
