Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Labforward GmbH. As a key member of our customer implementation team, you will be responsible for leading and scaling customer implementation projects for Laboperator on a technical, support, and business level.
Your mission will be to ensure that customer projects go smoothly and lead to high user adoption and activities, especially at Key Accounts in Pharma etc. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time, within scope, and on budget, while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
By leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, risk management, and client satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and track all activities with internal and customer-stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the deployment process and post deployment
- Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements for future deployments
- Participate in internal standups with the customer implementation team
- 8 years of project management experience, preferentially at software organizations or in pharma or related industries
- Experience in delivering impactful projects, e.g. custom software deliveries
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar certifications
- Agile/Scrum/Waterfall: Proficiency in various project management methodologies and frameworks, with the ability to tailor approaches to specific project needs
- xperience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Jira/Confluence experience is a plus
- Knowledge of computer system architecture, understanding of how web services and web applications work is desirable
- Work in the dynamic environment of laboratory innovation initiatives with a diverse and international team
