About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Labforward GmbH. As a key member of our customer implementation team, you will be responsible for leading and scaling customer implementation projects for Laboperator on a technical, support, and business level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, risk management, and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement best practices and process improvements for future deployments
Requirements
  • 8 years of project management experience, preferably at software organizations or in pharma or related industries
  • Experience in delivering impactful projects, e.g. custom software deliveries
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar certifications
  • Agile/Scrum/Waterfall: Proficiency in various project management methodologies and frameworks
