We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Founder's Associate with a focus on all business aspects. In this role, you will work directly with the company's founders to support various aspects of our business operations, with a focus on sales, strategy, corporate development, and strategic account management. You will have exposure to all facets of a startup environment and gain valuable experience in the rapidly evolving field of carbon management.

  • Partner Sales: support the founder and the sales team in identifying partner leads, reaching out, preparing meetings, joining or owning the meetings, maintaining and expanding sales analytics & reporting
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the founders to refine and execute the company's strategic vision, identifying market opportunities, and defining key milestones for growth.
  • Corporate Development: Support the founders in building out the organization, expand into new markets, and support investor reporting
  • Project Management: Assist in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion and delivering high-quality results. This includes organizing and attending meetings, tracking project progress, and preparing project documentation.
  • Strategic Accounts: Work with the team to support our customer's in measuring their emissions and becoming more sustainable
  • Marketing and Communication: Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and presentations.

  • Previous experience in SaaS companies and/or top tier strategy consulting
  • Strong interest in and understanding of climate change, carbon management, and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts.
  • Analytical and solution oriented mindset with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs (slides, word, sheets) and/or Microsoft office as well as familiarity with project management tools (especially Confluence, Jira and Trello)
  • Prior experience in a startup environment, business development, or project management
