Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our team at Flink. As a key member of our Central Hub Operations team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our processes and ensuring seamless execution of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop optimization strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing processes, utilizing data-driven methods to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop clear documentation for optimized processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flowcharts.
- Support Tech Team Collaboration by exploring opportunities for process enhancement and implementing process changes.
- Track and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate results effectively to relevant stakeholders, providing clear insights into the impact of optimizations.
- Background in economics or STEM.
- 0-2 years of work experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a data-driven mindset.
- Highly organized and results-oriented individual.
- Experience in G-Suite (particularly in Gsheets) and solid SQL skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Experience with Looker or similar tools, or Python/R.
- Experience in the Food Delivery / Q-Commerce industry.
- German language skills.
