Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage essential accounting functions at KP Family International GmbH. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate invoice validation and reconciliation.
  • Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies while coordinating with vendors for credit notes.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports within the accounting division.
  • Issue outgoing invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate master data records.
  • Assist the financial accounting team with various tasks and projects.
  • Work collaboratively with departments such as purchasing, logistics, and controlling to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Dependable and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
