Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our accounting department at KP Family International GmbH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various financial tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute accounts payable functions, including the verification and reconciliation of invoices.
  • Identify and address invoice discrepancies while coordinating the issuance of credit notes.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports related to financial activities.
  • Generate invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate master data.
  • Assist the financial accounting team with various tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with departments such as purchasing, logistics, and controlling.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship is required.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in accounting or financial roles is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are crucial.
  • Reliability and a strong focus on meeting deadlines are expected.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, are necessary.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach is valued.
