About the Role:

As an Accounting Specialist at KP Family International GmbH, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and verifying incoming invoices to ensure accuracy
• Monitoring discrepancies in invoices and managing credit requests
• Maintaining various financial reports to support accounting functions
• Generating outgoing invoices in accordance with contractual agreements
• Overseeing creditor accounts and maintaining master data
• Providing support to the finance department in daily operations
• Collaborating with departments such as purchasing, planning, controlling, and logistics

Qualifications:

• Completed education in commerce or a related field
• Proficient in both German and English
• Experience in accounting or financial management is preferred
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and independent work
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to meet deadlines
• Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks
