Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Specialist to contribute to our financial operations at KP Family International GmbH. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable functions, including thorough invoice verification and reconciliation.
  • Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, while coordinating the issuance of credit notes as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain various financial reports to support the accounting department's operations.
  • Generate and issue outgoing invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Oversee vendor accounts and maintain master data for accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist the financial accounting team in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work collaboratively with departments such as purchasing, logistics, and controlling to facilitate financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Dependable and oriented towards meeting deadlines.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
