In the role of **Manufacturing/Industrial Lead** at Merantix Momentum, you will be pivotal in promoting and selling artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to manufacturing enterprises. Your expertise in AI research, development, and deployment will be instrumental in delivering state-of-the-art solutions that streamline manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, and foster business growth for our clients.
Your Responsibilities- Market Research and Client Acquisition: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential manufacturing clients who could benefit from our AI solutions. Engage in lead generation, initiate cold outreach, and connect with decision-makers to present Merantix Momentum's offerings;
- Consultative Engagement: Collaborate with prospective clients to gain a deep understanding of their manufacturing challenges and strategic goals. Provide expert guidance on how our AI technologies can effectively address these issues and support their objectives;
- Building Strategic Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their long-term goals and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor through your industry knowledge and problem-solving capabilities;
- Collaborative Solution Development: Work closely with the technical team at Merantix Momentum, including AI researchers and engineers, to create tailored AI solutions that cater to the specific needs of manufacturing clients;
- Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling sales proposals and quotations that align with client requirements and emphasize the value of our AI solutions;
- Client Support: Provide continuous support to clients post-sale, ensuring successful implementation and integration of our AI solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to resolve any issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, computer science, or business. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or manufacturing are advantageous;
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the manufacturing sector, with a solid understanding of AI technologies and their applications, including machine learning, computer vision, robotics, and automation;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing landscape, encompassing production processes, quality assurance, supply chain dynamics, and operational challenges;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and German, enabling you to effectively convey the value of our AI solutions to diverse audiences;
- Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
