Manufacturing Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Lead to join our team at Merantix Momentum in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and sales of our artificial intelligence (AI) solutions within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturing clients who can benefit from our AI solutions. Generate leads and initiate contact with decision-makers to introduce our AI offerings.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their manufacturing challenges and provide consultative guidance on how our AI technologies can address these challenges.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep industry knowledge and understanding of AI technologies.
- Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate with our technical team to develop customized AI solutions that meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive sales proposals and quotations that address client requirements and highlight the value of our AI solutions.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our AI solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business. Advanced degrees or certifications related to AI or manufacturing are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in manufacturing.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, quality standards, supply chain management, and operational challenges faced by manufacturers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (in English and German) to effectively articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
