Software Engineer for B2B AI Solutions

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Engineer, you will be dedicated to delivering value to our customers, measuring your success by the business impact you create. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to plan, implement, and deliver features. You will embrace unconventional solutions and enjoy validating ideas through experimentation and metrics.
Your role will involve a high degree of responsibility in understanding core issues, devising plans, and developing new features. You will work across the software stack, engaging in frontend, backend, AI, and DevOps tasks (mastery in all areas is not required). You will have the support of your team in areas where you may need assistance, as learning from one another and growing with your responsibilities are fundamental aspects of the position.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software or AI engineer
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and running software in production
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Proactive in promoting code quality and best practices within the codebase
