Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Place Sales Representative to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. as a Wholesale Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic Wholesale partners, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion with our Wholesale partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including floor staff, sales management, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Conduct regular in-store visits to audit and improve visual merchandising, assortment, and stock levels, ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and retail operations teams to drive commercial KPIs and deliver business results.
  • Provide product training and visual merchandising support to floor teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze store KPIs on a weekly basis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising, preferably at a supervisor level or above.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion in a Wholesale or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
